Once our client’s requirement have been ascertained, we draw up a detailed plan on how and by when to achieve each stage of the project. The plan will include cost analysis detailing cost of each stage of the project. Once the final plan has been agreed with the client, we closely monitor progress to ensure the project is delivered within agreed timescale and budget.
